Agathe is a partner in charge of the Product and Service Liability, Professional and Industrial Risks department. Her practice spans both advisory and litigation, particularly in matters relating to contractual and tort liability, the civil and criminal liability of companies and their executives, crisis management, and the implementation of prevention measures and delegation of powers.

With specific expertise in the area of occupational risks, Agathe Moreau handles cases involving workplace accidents and occupational diseases, gross negligence, and related criminal proceedings.

In terms of product risks, real estate and industrial risks, and environmental law, she assists companies and executives facing industrial accidents, site contamination, and product and service liability issues. Her cases require her to assist and represent clients throughout investigation procedures, judicial expert assessments, and all associated civil and criminal proceedings.

Agathe began her career at the firm Hascoët Jeantin Trillat, then at Rambaud Martel, where she developed litigation skills in business law, specializing in liability law. She joined Reinhart Marville Torre in 2001 and became a partner in 2005.
