Claire is a Partner in the Central England Real Estate team specialising in residential and commercial development work. She has particular expertise in dealing with site acquisitions and disposals, conditional contracts, options and joint venture planning and infrastructure agreements. She deals with site set ups and supervises the residential plot disposal team. She also has experience in dealing with all aspects of property finance and private and gap funding agreements
