Tim is a partner and Head of the Cheltenham Corporate Team at HCR. He is committed to providing support to prospective clients on their strategies and is complimented on his pragmatic no nonsense style.

Tim works with a wide array of clients regarding succession planning for their businesses, advising on mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.

He has a particular specialism in employee ownership trusts (EOT’s) advising clients on how to sell the controlling stake in the company for full market value with potential tax benefits.

Tim is actively involved in the local business community, presenting and supporting the local Growth Hub and Cynam, a network of business engaged in the cybersecurity sector and was instrumental in organising our successful Cyber Security conference in September 2021.
