Senior Solicitor. Rachel advises clients on a wide range of Private Wealth matters including Wills, Inheritance Tax and Succession Planning, the administration of Estates and Powers of Attorney and Court of Protections matters.
Career
She qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and specialised in Private Wealth, working for a Northamptonshire firm before joining Hewitsons in 2017. She has extensive experience in dealing with a wide range of Estates, Wills, Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection.
Memberships
Rachel is an Affiliate member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
Education
Rachel read Law at the University of Essex.
