Career
Rebecca plays an active role in the implementation and ongoing review of the firm’s risk management procedures. She also provides regulatory advice on a variety of matters including anti-money laundering and the requirements of the Solicitors Code of Conduct 2011. Rebecca undertakes the renewal of the firm’s professional indemnity insurance and investigates concerns raised by clients and staff alike. She also sits on the Cambridgeshire & District Law Society committee.
Education
Rebecca read Ancient History at Royal Holloway, University of London, took her CPE with the College of Law and LPC with the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. After qualifying in 2003 she practised as a Disputes Resolution Solicitor advising on partnership and commercial disputes and professional negligence claims. In 2009 she began to become involved with risk and compliance matters, and with the growth of regulation has specialised in this area since 2011.
