Sarah has advised on a broad range of non-contentious commercial property matters for the full range of clients from institutional investors to private individuals. Her experience includes acting on landlord and tenant issues, sales/purchases, property development, and the property aspects of corporate transactions. She has worked in both private practice and the public sector.

Education
Sarah read Political Science at the University of Birmingham and trained and worked in London as a commercial property lawyer for 10years. She then worked and ran a niche law practice before joining City of Peterborough in 2008 as part of the in-house team. She joined Hewitsons in 2012.
