He has more than 20 years of experience in administrative and public law, town and country planning, construction law, environmental law, public procurement and expropriations. Philippe is registered at both the Brussels and the Antwerp Bar. He also contributes to the editing of the “Tijdschrift voor Omgevingsrecht en Omgevingsbeleid” (TOO).
