Partner and head of the Capital Markets Department.

Career

Daniel Marcovici is head of the Capital Markets department. Daniel has over 25 years’ specialized experience in corporate and securities laws, involving listings, IPOs and secondary issuances on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), and private placement of shares, bonds and other instruments. He also advises clients on day-to-day securities law, corporate law and capital markets issues and frequently participates in meetings of boards of directors and general meetings of shareholders of his clients.

Daniel’s clients include Peninsula Group, Tectona Ltd., Nextcom Ltd., GP Global Power, and YSB Group, each of which followed him from his previous firm (he joined APM from Yigal Arnon & Co. in October 2021).
