Sahar is also experienced in Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation.

Sahar provides his clients legal counsel with respect to their Intellectual Property Assets, in obtaining efficient protection, their use and commercialization, and particularly, in designing their Intellectual Property Strategy and the creation of barriers to entry for both established companies and startups, in initial development and later stages.
