Philip Barnsley

Richard Ferguson

He has also undertaken large-scale redundancy programmes for plc clients involving collective consultation with multiple unions. He is also a professional trainer, and has trained for Nottingham Law School on higher rights. He regularly lectures for Central Law Training and MBL seminars, and he is an NLP practitioner. Julia Lowe

Head of Dispute Resolution, Julia specialises in commercial contract disputes, product liability claims, intellectual property disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, disputes arising out of asset and/or share purchase agreements and commercial agency disputes, obtaining and defending injunctive relif applications.

Andy Shaw

As Head of the firm's Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence teams, Andy has over 20 years' experience of dealing with personal injury and disease litigation claims. He specialises in high value complex cases including brain injury, spinal injury, fatal accident and industrial disease. He was a member of the management committee of the Occupational and Environmental Disease Association from 2005 to 2007, regional chairman for the Midlands region of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society from 2006 until 2012 and has been treasurer of the society since 2012. He is also a member of the Birmingham Medico-Legal Society, The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, a committee member of The Birmingham Law Society Personal Injury Group and is an accredited member of the Law Society Personal Injury panel.
