Career

Mr. El Said’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, particularly with respect to taxes, real estate, customs, employment, administrative decisions and administrative contracts, commercial agencies, distribution, and franchise contracts. Misdemeanors related to companies activities. He represents clients in various industries, including Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Medical equipment, Telecommunications, Banking and Insurance. A sample of the clients he represents includes Exxon Mobil, Siemens Technology, Lafarge Cement, Orange, Wyeth, Bayer, Rexam and Mercedes Benz, Embassy of Brazil, Toyota – Tsusho, Dufry, Kuwait Dana Lubes, Leoni, Heinz company, Flex film Co, Madaus Egypt, and several international Airlines Companies e.g. Air France, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, Swiss Airlines, Lufthansa, Kenya Airways, and Saudi Arabian Airlines. 

Mr. Said joined the firm in 1994 and became a partner in 2008.

Mr. Said co-operates with Kennedys law, a leading British law firm, in the field of cross-border air transportation. And also co-operated with white &case, an outstanding American law firm, in the field of Telecommunications.

Mr. Said also worked as an arbitrator in some arbitration cases brought before Cairo Center for International Commercial Arbitration.
