With 20 years of experience, Charalambos Meivatzis is practicing on a broad spectrum of corporate and personal tax work. His particular areas of expertise include acting as tax advisor for M&A deals as well as banking and financing transactions, performing financial and tax due diligence, addressing all issues with a holistic approach by combining his legal and accounting backgrounds.

He also assists multinational organisations and their top management in setting up and relocating their regional Headquarters in Cyprus both from a corporate and personal taxation angle.

Charalambos Meivatzis obtained a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton with First Class honours in 2002. He then successfully qualified as a Chartered Accountant of England and Wales in 2005. Later in his career, he obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nicosia and he was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2013. Since then  he combines law and accounting in providing Tax services.

He is also an Authorised Insolvency Practitioner and a holder of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission’s Advance Certification.
