The new Prospectus Regulation EU
On 30th June 2017, the European Parliament
and the European Council published in the Official Journal of the European
Union the Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 on the prospectus to be published when
securities are offered to the public or admitted to trading on a regulated
market (the “New Prospectus Regulation”).
