Bilal is a Partner in our corporate team in Dubai. He has significant experience advising global financial institutions, governments and semi government enterprises, investment managers and private equity funds in the UAE, Europe, the Middle East and USA on wide range of corporate governance matters, general corporate and advisory work. He has experience in family wealth planning, initial public offerings, private placements transactions, joint ventures, corporate structuring and restructuring exercises.

Bilal holds LLM Degree in Law from the United Kingdom, he speaks Arabic and English and is a member of the Palestinian Bar Association.
