Khalid is a member of the Corporate department and heads Licensing. He has extensive experience of advising both international and local companies as well as family businesses on all matters relating to applicable UAE licensing, registration laws and regulations.

Khalid is regularly involved in all types of licensing matters, including complex M&A transactions, corporate and family reorganisations. He is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient completion of all licencing and registration matters with all the relevant UAE governmental departments.

Khalid holds a Business and Administration Bachelors Degree from the University of Mustansria, Iraq and Bachelors of Law from Al Jazeera University in the UAE.
