Abdul Hannan is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Dubai. He possesses a diverse and multi-jurisdictional experience in dispute resolution and is well-versed with litigation, both in the on-shore UAE courts as well as the DIFC Courts. He also represents clients before various arbitration centers including the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC).

Abdul Hannan regularly advises clients on risk-mitigation and works mainly on strategy and advice in dispute resolution matters in the UAE, often with cross-border elements. Other than commercial disputes, his practice extends to white-collar matters, bankruptcy and restructuring, enforcement of foreign judgments and awards and related asset tracing activities.
