Dispute Resolution

Tareq is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Dubai. He specialises in complex commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings in the onshore courts as well as in DIFC. His contentious practice focusses on a broad range of commercial matters with a particular focus on shareholder and real estate disputes.

Tareq also has a broad advisory practice and regularly advises on enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, white-collar crimes, extradition, Interpol red notices, mutual legal assistance in criminal and civil matters and international asset tracings and recovery.
