Property.

Graham is a partner in our property team. He undertakes a wide range of property transactions with particular emphasis on acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management and development projects.

With particular expertise in undertaking acquisitions and disposals, and portfolio management, Graham also has extensive experience of acting for both landlords and tenants on leasehold transactions. Particular areas of specialism include:

• The undertaking of development transactions
• Site disposals to residential developers
• Disposals and acquisitions of industrial estates
• Transactions involving the leisure sector

He acts for private investors and national corporates, as well as a number of public and third sector bodies.
