Position

Partner, Muriel Guillin-Modaine specialises in property law and in particular in transfers of real estate properties (transfer/acquisition of real estate properties and/or property rights), legal arrangements for construction projects, contracts for the implementation of real estate development (property development agreements, construction agreements, project management agreements) and leases. She also works regularly in pre-litigation and litigation in these areas.
