Firm partner, May Jarjour specialises in Banking and Finance law. She has significant expertise in corporate finance and structured finance transactions, as well as in restructuring. She advises financial institutions as well as French and international corporations, on the negotiation, the setting up and the restructuring of their financing transactions.
