She has a broad experience in all patent fields including prosecution, opposition, nullity and infringement proceedings before the EPO, GPTO and German courts and also specializes in rendering FTO and patentability opinions.
She has particular expertise in the fields of inorganic and organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, chemical engineering, analytical methods, food technology (including functional foods) as well as pharmaceuticals.
Career
Since 2001 she has been admitted to practice as a German Patent Attorney (Patentanwalt), European Patent Attorney and European Trademark Attorney. In 2002 Dr. Berryman became a partner in the firm of VOSSIUS.
Education
Dr. Natalia Berryman was born in Hayle, England. She studied chemistry at the Technical University of Munich with a main emphasis on technical and analytical chemistry. After completing her Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, she joined the firm of VOSSIUS.
