A GSK Stockmann team led by Munich partner Andreas Eichler provided comprehensive tenancy and tax law advice to DER bogen GmbH & Co. KG in connection with the letting of 14,000 sqm of office space in Bogenhausen to the consulting firm Capgemini. The deal is one of the largest private leases for office space to be signed in Munich in recent years.

The new business campus “DER bogen” on Munich’s Prinzregentenstrasse has been under construction for around three years and is part of the technology hub in the city’s eastern Bogenhausen district. DER bogen GmbH & Co KG expects the office space for the new major tenant to be completed by the end of 2025.

Capgemini will occupy one of the four building sections of “DER bogen” in accordance with the house-in-house concept. The rental space itself is to be customised and, in addition to functional office units, will include conference areas, rooms for holding workshops with external clients and communication hubs.
