The store was built in 2023 and offers 1,857 sqm of rental space to the anchor tenant, Edeka Südbayern. The seller is Demos Wohnbau GmbH, based in Munich. The transaction was carried out by way of an asset deal and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchasing price or other details.
