Helen's strengths lie within the energy and resources sectors, in particular the wholesale gas and electricity markets and renewable energy developments. Helen has extensive drafting and negotiation experience in relation to a wide range of commercial contracts including gas sales and transport agreements, long term electricity offtake agreements and electricity hedges (including ISDAs).

Helen has acted on development and operational projects in the mining and gas sectors, including advising on petroleum and mining legislation in Australia and Papua New Guinea, joint venture agreements and farmin agreements.

Helen is admitted to practice in Victoria, Western Australia and Papua New Guinea.
