Diane de Moüy is a partner in the Finance group of HFW’s Paris office. She specialises in banking and finance transactions with a particular emphasis on leveraged finance, export finance, debt restructuring, project finance and banking and stock exchange regulations. Diane has extensive experience on representing both lenders and borrowers on many different types of cross-border and multi-jurisdictional finance transactions.

Diane de Moüy is a member of the Paris Bar and of the New York Bar.
