Brendan has significant experience in workplace law and he has represented some of Australia's largest and best-known organisations in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious workplace relations matters over the last decade. Brendan has a particular expertise in industrial disputes and enterprise bargaining, and has been involved in some of Australia's most significant and complex industrial disputes.

Recent work includes:

Acting for a leading stevedore in respect of its national enterprise bargaining campaign and various disputes across Australia. Acting for one of the world’s largest mining companies in relation to numerous disputes at its mines, including in proceedings in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court of Australia and Federal Circuit Court of Australia. Assisting one of the worlds' largest engineering groups with its national industrial relations strategy. Assisting one of Australasia's largest building and construction companies with unlawful industrial action at a number of its sites across Australia.
