Stephanie is a Partner in our Sydney office. Stephanie specialises in major projects which cross a number of industry sectors. Stephanie acts for institutional developers, foreign investors and developers and listed and unlisted property trusts with a particular focus on:

property acquisition, development and disposals leasehold interests and joint ownership and development structures mezzanine, construction and general property financing including security trustee arrangements environmental compliance and infrastructure solutions Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) advice and applications land titling structures and usage mixed use development, community and precinct schemes, common property conversions, strata and freehold subdivisions and associated complex land titling matters.

Stephanie's highly commercial approach to transactions, coupled with her in depth knowledge of the legal position and the market in Australia, helps clients promptly achieve their business goals.

Stephanie is a New South Wales practitioner who is also admitted in the Australian High Court and as a Lawyer and Barrister in the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory.
