Andrew advises on litigation and dispute resolution, regularly appearing on behalf of clients in court, arbitration and conciliation. Andrew specialises in construction disputes, as well as having a background advising on corporate and commercial disputes, and on insurance and risk.

His recent work includes:

• Acting for an ASX-listed construction company (and its subsidiaries) in disputes under D&C contracts with architects, engineers and other subcontractors in relation to the construction of shopping centres, commercial premises and large-scale apartment complexes. • Acting for an ASX-listed mining company in contractual disputes regarding transfers of platinum mining tenements in South Africa. • Acting for a contractor in disputes with principals and subcontractors under supply and offtake agreements for the supply of rock in the Pilbara.

Andrew is qualified in Australia.
