Stephen has significant experience in advising and representing employers across all areas of Australian workplace law. He is a skilled employment litigator with an ability to plainly communicate and practically apply legal principles to assist his clients across a range of industries in managing complex issues arising in the workplace. Stephen further supports businesses as a trusted and experienced workplace investigator and engaging workplace law trainer.

Recent work undertaken by Stephen includes:

Advising a board of directors about managing multiple bullying complaints against a key senior executive. Advising a manufacturing company around enterprise bargaining strategy and the defence of good faith bargaining and general protections dispute proceedings. Acting for a multi-national company to conduct a highly sensitive workplace investigation into allegations of serious sexual harassment made against a global senior executive. Advising an ASX listed company on managing restrictions on giving benefits to employees leaving a board or managerial office.
