Carol Toulson is a Partner and head of the Holmes & Hills’ Family Law Department.
Carol deals with Holmes & Hills’ most complex Family Law cases; her expertise covers all aspects of Family and Matrimonial Law, including complex children act proceedings often involving aggravating factors such as mental health issues, domestic violence, as well as drug and alcohol abuse.
Moreover, Carol’s extensive experience sees her dealing often with high net-worth divorces and those Family Law cases involving significant matrimonial asset pools, often involving multiple pensions, equities, and business interests, and often valued at several £millions.
Career
Carol has been practising Family Law for over 20 years and joined Holmes & Hills in 2013. She became a Partner of the firm in 2019 and is in tenure as the head of the firm’s Family Law Department.
As well as being a highly experienced divorce solicitor, Carol is an astute Head of Department. Her recruitment of high calibre solicitors has contributed Department’s growth and success.
