Mr. Kadircan Mert Güher is specialized in M&A, company law, commercial law, e-commerce, and obligations law. Mr. Güher has experience in drafting and negotiating shareholders agreements, service agreements, financial restructuring agreements, distance sales agreements, lease agreements, sales agreements, and all types of commercial agreements, and legal documents which will be taken place at websites and corporate documents and he, in addition, provides legal assistance to corporate transactions and companies in matters pertaining to their day-to-day business activities.
