Stefan Fischer advises national and international clients comprehensively, primarily on works constitution matters, such as restructurings including post-merger integrations or reorganizations as well as collective bargaining agreements. His practice includes negotiations with works councils on works agreements (i.a. on remuneration, working hours, introduction of IT or short work). He is also a very experienced litigator, for instance in connection with compliance issues. Finally, he is an expert on advise concerning board members and managing directors. Stefan Fischer is an active member of Ius Laboris' International Practice Group for Global Mobility/Immigration.
