Jessica Jacobi has been a partner of the firm since 2003. Together with her team, she advises national and international employers on all matters of German employment law, including the reorganization of companies, mass redundancies, difficult cases of individual dismissals including internal investigations. Jessica is an active member of the International Practice Group for Data Privacy of Ius Laboris and is frequently working in matters such as the implementation of new technical systems, Data Subject Access Requests and international data transfers. She is author of many legal publications and frequently acting as a speaker.
