He also has particular experience in the field of supply of temporary employees and other forms of workforce deployment with a third-party element (e.g. on the basis of service or work contracts). In addition he has many years' experience in supporting enterprises on co-determination matters (e.g. accompanying supervisory board elections and optimising corporate structures with regard to co-determination law).
