Career
Peter Bruun Nikolajsen has 20 years of experience as a legal advisor within M&A (business transfers) and venture capital. Over the years, Peter has been advisor on a very large number of transactions for Danish and international companies, private equity funds, venture funds and owner-managers.
Peter also works as a permanent sparring partner for several companies in connection with strategic decisions and handling of matters in the day-to-day business.
Peter is one of the most experienced and active advisors in venture capital. Due to many years of experience in venture capital, Peter has gained an in-depth knowledge of and experience with technology companies.
Over the years, Peter has taught various courses regarding M&A, company law and ownership agreements. He has previously taught at the University of Copenhagen.
