Career
Pedram Moghaddam is a partner in Lundgrens’ Real Estate & Construction department and is specialized in construction and procurement law. Pedram has significant experience in advising public and private builders, contractors, and technical consultants on construction and procurement law.
Pedram advises both Danish and international players in the construction industry. Pedram advises on construction and procurement law matters before, during and after the execution of the construction, including in the preparation of the procurement strategy, implementation of tenders, preparation of complex contracts and conflicts management.
Pedram has extensive practical experience from the building and construction industry, as he has experience as an in-house lawyer from the construction company Skanska Danmark A/S and the Technical and Environmental Administration (“TMF”) in the City of Copenhagen.
Pedram is also a certified arbitrator through Danske Advokater and has significant teaching experience. Pedram often hosts courses on construction law, and together with two of the members of the AB 18 audit committee he has designed a certification training in construction law according to the AB 18 system for practitioners in the construction industry, which is offered through JUC. Pedram has together with RIB designed a diploma program in ICT management and trained approx. 500 builders within the ICT executive orders.

Pedram has extensive experience with dispute resolution through the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board, the Danish Institute of Arbitration and the Danish courts, including expert appraisal, mediation, arbitration cases, arbitrator cases and expert decisions on payment of the guarantee etc.
Education
Pedram obtained his Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen (2005) and became a certified arbitrator in 2015.
