Dominic qualified with a City firm but has spent the last 18 years in the South West specialising in share acquisitions and disposals (including corporate restructuring) as well as business and asset acquisitions and disposals. He also advise on joint ventures, shareholders agreements, and LLP and partnership agreements.

The Legal 500 has recognised Dominic's approach as “straight talking” and “with an ability to explain difficult matters in simple terms”.

Dominic tries to offer hid clients much more than legal advice, acting as their trusted adviser, navigating them through the complex world of corporate transactions. He's always looking to see what more he can do to make the process as smooth and as painless as possible.
