Residential Property and Development Associate

Originally from Hertfordshire, Paula qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer (Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) in 1996 and then registered as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2023. Prior to qualifying she lived and worked in London employed as a Paralegal in various offices undertaking work in Corporate, Commercial, Marine Litigation, Estates and Probate, Family Law and Personal Injury then concentrating on Family Law and Property when she qualified. She has specialised in conveyancing in Devon since 2015 in Residential and Development Property to include finance/refinance to assist with purchase of property and land and worked with clients on portfolio property acquisition and for buy to let companies and agricultural land division, for example in preparation for development albeit new planning applications or planning Class Q consent sales and purchases.

Paula attends to Leasehold and Freehold acquisition, enfranchisement and Management Company creation to link to developments after incorporation. She works for clients in many areas all over England; City Coast and Country.   My goal is to continue to provide an excellent service to clients and to continue with my strong links with other professionals in her field, Agents, Land Owners, Developers and Financial Advisers for example.  She is proud to act for clients who have returned to her again and again over the years recommending others to her and have built a strong client portfolio herself.

Paula lives in Devon and certainly loves where she lives and works. Outside of the office Paula likes to attend networking events and support the local business communities and keep up to date with planning proposals and business activities generally. She undertakes property renovation in her spare time and enjoy long walks and cycling all over the UK and holidays abroad. She will at some point buy another horse, possibly, oh maybe some chickens…and acquire more pets since riding and having a lot of animals around her brings her so much pleasure.
