Andrew started his legal career in the mid 1980’s as a litigation specialist in a number of top London firms. In the late 90’s he joined a firm nearer his then home in Kent, where he was a partner for 10 years before relocating with his family to North Devon.

Apart from a brief return to litigation, Andrew has concentrated on residential property transactions and specialises in the following: –

Sales and purchases of houses and flats First registrations of unregistered property Sales and purchases of land / parts of land Land swaps with neighbours Transfer of equity on relationship breakdown / part owner buy-outs

When he is not working  Andrew enjoys walking his dog on the beach, keeping fit in the gym, and playing, watching and talking cricket.
