Richard attended Bristol University 1979-1982 where he obtained a Law Degree. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 and has been in practice in Devon since that time. Richard has worked in Exeter since 1990 when he joined J& S Pope (the predecessor firm to Morgan and Pope) and from 1992 onwards he has been a partner firstly in J & S Pope,then Morgan and Pope, and now with Wollens since our merger.

Richard deals with all aspects of residential property with specialisms in; Domestic Conveyancing: Small scale building developments: Rural Properties and Farm sales and purchases: Property transactions when acting for Pension Trustees (SIPPS).

In Richard's spare time he enjoys field sports and spending time with family and friends.
