Solicitor within the Private Client Department

Ryan is a Solicitor in the Private Client team, having joined Wollens in October 2022.

Born in Scotland, but raised in the West Midlands and South West, he began his legal studies at the University of Reading in 2014, reading Law and graduating in 2017. He was successful in securing an internship with a local firm in Cornwall before commencing employment as a paralegal for a national firm in Bristol, and subsequently a local authority in Worcestershire. Ryan continued my studies at the University of Law in Exeter, completing his Legal Practice Course and MSc in Law, Business and Management. Following this he trained with a local firm based in Cornwall and was admitted to the roll of solicitors in October 2022.

Ryan currently works within Wollens Estate Administration Team, and is continuing to develop his practical legal skills. He work with clients both across and outside of Devon and is based at Wollens Exeter office. Ryan is friendly, approachable, and is passionate about supporting his clients in the best way possible, helping them through difficult times.

Outside of Wollens, Ryan enjoys travelling whenever possible, whether this is a weekend trip to Switzerland to attend a concert, trekking throughout Israel, or visiting the United States of America and India. He also thoroughly enjoys keeping active, with his main activities being rock climbing and going to the gym.
