Associate Solicitor within the Residential Property Department

Steve comes from Cornwall but ventured as far as Essex and Germany to gain an LLB in English and European Laws before coming back to the South West via the College of Law in Guildford.

He initially qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has recently returned to law after a career break. He has commercial and residential property experience but now deal exclusively with all types of residential matters. Steve likes to take a practical approach to matters and to work collaboratively with Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers to get the best results for his clients.

Steve is the Vice Chairman of Chelston and Kingskerswell Cricket Club, and has recently attained a cricket coaching qualification so that he can give something back to the game he loves. He is also the chair of the PTA at his daughter’s school.

When not working Steve is usually to be found spending time with his family, on the wrong end of a cricket bat or golf club or writing the odd quiz.
