Daniel specialises in corporate and commercial work and is Head of the Company & Commercial department.  Having trained in London, he provides a cradle-to-grave service, from start-ups and sole trader businesses, through to the eventual share or asset sale of established companies, in addition to the full spectrum of matters that occur in between.

Daniel is also able to offer clients a wealth of experience in franchising, partnerships, agency and outsourcing.

Clients value the commercial advice that he delivers, providing tactical and practical advice in complex transactions.

With his vast legal knowledge and extensive professional network, he leads his team with a dedicated approach to delivering client satisfaction across the breadth of commercial work.

Daniel is also a keen rugby and cricket fan and a very bad golfer!
