Solicitor in the Family Department

Abigail is a  Solicitor in the Family Department at Wollens, based in North Devon. She works in the Private Family Team. Her work primarily involves private family law matters relating to divorce, civil partnership, matrimonial finances, private children law, domestic abuse and cohabitees.

Abigail joined Wollens and started her 2-year training contract in October 2022 after completing her studies. Throughout her training Abigail completed seats in the Private Client, Family, and Company/Commercial departments. She returned to the Family Department in March 2024 for her final seat, and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2024.

Prior to joining Wollens Abigail graduated from Cardiff University in 2021 with a 1st class honours Bachelor of Law degree. She then remained at Cardiff University for a further year to study her Legal Practice Course, graduating with a distinction in 2022.  Having grown up in North Devon she decided to return to the area in 2022 to begin her solicitor training.
