Solicitor within the Regulatory Department

Katie is a commercially minded, pragmatic solicitor who works diligently to achieve the best results for her clients.

She has a keen interest in intellectual property and other regulatory matters, and advise on corporate transactions, business structuring, commercial contracts, and a broad range of other business services.

Katie initially joined Wollens in 2018 as part of the New Build Conveyancing team before moving into Residential Conveyancing where she managed a mixed caseload of all shapes, sizes, and values. In 2020 she embarked on her training contract with the firm, doing an extended seat in the corporate team and focusing largely on M&A transactions; company and commercial contracts; and commercial property transactions. In 2022 Katie moved to an international firm as a qualified solicitor, working in Investment & Development dealing with commercial acquisitions and disposals, asset management, financing, and all types of non-contentious commercial real estate, advising both public and private sector clients. In 2025 she rejoined Wollens into her current role where she strives to continue developing her knowledge and skill, with client satisfaction at the forefront of her focus.

She has a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in law, and over 12 years’ legal experience.

Away from work you can usually find Katie at the beach exploring Devon’s incredible coastlines; soaking up anything motorsport; or otherwise tucked up with a book and her two cats Atticus and Ophelia.
