Ms. Nazlı Nil Yukaruç is a partner at ELIG Gürkaynak Attorneys-at-Law. Following many years of practice at a well-recognized law firm, Ms. Yukaruç joined ELIG in 2012. Her practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts law and general commercial law. She has authored and co-authored many articles and essays in relation to mergers and acquisitions and corporate law matters.

Ms. Yukaruç has been a member of the Ankara Bar since 2006 and is a member of the Istanbul Bar.

Ms. Yukaruç graduated from Başkent University in 2005 and holds LL.M. degree from Queen Mary University of London.
