Marija is a Partner at JPM & Partners Montenegro

Over her 17 years of experience, Marija gained extensive experience in dispute resolution matters, employment, procurement, real estate, and IP.

She represents clients in all types of disputes, including complex commercial and corporate disputes and employment law matters.

Marija is a licensed mediator at the Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution and an arbitrator at the Agency for the peaceful settlement of labor disputes.

She also regularly advises clients in public procurement law matters and holds a certificate for acting in procurement law matters from the Ministry of Finance.
