Hamed is a Partner and Senior Litigator with over 35 years of experience. He is a Licensed Advocate, Court of Cassation admitted in 1979 and former Member of the Legislative Assembly in Bahrain. His core practice area covers the full range of litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. He has extensive experience of representing clients at high profile cases at all levels of the Bahraini Courts, including but not limited to, the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution (BCDR) and the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre.
