Andrej is a senior associate at Polenak Law Firm. He is member of the firm’s Corporate Practice group. His main areas of work are corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and banking and finance projects. He has experience with incorporation of local companies, preparation of corporate documents in M&A procedures, drafting of loan agreements in banking and finance projects, as well as drafting of security documents. He also has experience in the dispute settlement mechanism under the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) standard construction contract and in providing legal analysis of the local AML law.
