Tanja Polenak is a partner in Polenak Law Firm. She leads the departments of labor and employment and debt collection in the firm. She has more than 25 years of experience, of which she spends the first 12 years in the Court of Appeal in Skopje, working in criminal, civil and labor disputes, and the following 13 years in the insurance sector, gaining diverse experience in managing the legal sector and working in different segments of law, especially in labor relations, corporate governance, contracts, drafting of internal by-laws, office and archival work, and compliance with legislation. Tanja cooperates with the law firm's clients and provides full support for issues related to labor relations, employment and management contracts, providing legal advice to domestic and foreign clients on all aspects of labor law, occupational health and safety issues, and conducting procedures involving disciplinary procedures, termination of employment and collective dismissals.
